Your prompt responses and willingness to collaborate with us ensured that the patient received timely and comprehensive care. Thank you once again for your dedication and professionalism. The carers are really lovely with mum! She felt apart of the conversation and they really made her feel at ease. It’s all I could ask for, thank you! When we got in the surfaces had all been wiped down too which was amazing. Mum seems to be settling in!

I just wanted to feedback how kind and helpful Rajinder is with Ted. He really seems to enjoy her company and she has a brilliant wat of getting him to do the tasks he needs to do without him getting cross which is often quite a challenge! He always laughs and smiles with her! She is an asset to your team.

Thank you so much for your email and sending me the profiles. I know mum adores Gerry, she always talks to me about how she feels she is a friend to her which is all I could ever ask for. My parents took me for lunch last week and thanked me for changing to your care company and said it was the best decision I could have made for her. Everything so far has been smooth and she genuinely has connected with most of the carers. I haven’t heard any complaints. Thank you so so much I am so grateful to you and your team.

I have just read over the care plan and it looks amazing! You have really listened to all of her worries and concerns. This means so much!!

Doreen and her son are very happy with the provider. I must say, I crossed over with the lunch time carer, who I thought was lovely, offering Doreen a choice for her lunch, encouraged a walk to the toilet etc and I was impressed with the carer from Heritage.

Whilst writing I would like to thank Bianca and your team of carers , they are all amazing and a credit to your company.

I wasn’t expecting it to be as entertaining as it was. The food, the movie, the carers and everything about the gathering was wonderful! I am looking forward to more events.

My first outing with Heritage Group and it was a real pleasure to take part. On my arrival the carers were very much on the ball and promptly ensured that the clients were well looked after, I was made to feel very welcome and valued. I would love the opportunity to have another event with Heritage Windsor as I loved it so much. I would like to thank Prabjot for organising this event and my carer, Mandy who does a brilliant job looking after me and giving my wife a break. Heritage created a relaxing event which left me feeling very pleased. Well done Heritage for all you care, you are the best.

I am glad I got to go out with Heritage to meet all the other client. It felt very friendly and relaxed. My carer picked me up from my home and ensured I was safe inside with the other clients. I was served refreshments, I felt very relaxed and happy and that Mandy brought me to The Old Court to see Hello Dolly!

I had chat with my mum yesterday and she seems to be in good spirits and seems to have regained her voice. Thank you for looking after her. I am so glad that we engaged your services!

Prabjot Dhillon. what beautiful words. As you know we were VERY thorough when interviewing and possibly could of selected a more established company. However you shone above them all, not just you as a person, but your open ness, professionalism, even your reason for establishing Heritage, all four of us instantly said ‘yes that’s the one’ after you had left. You made Mum so happy and always went the extra mile. Mum couldn’t have been cared for by a more loving, loyal person and care team. We can not thank you enough for bringing love and laughter and the special care Mum needed.

I can’t tell you how grateful we all are. Having Heritage with us is lifting a huge weight off shoulders; I already feel a lot less stressed than I have for the last 5 weeks. Mum liked you very much.
