Heritage Healthcare Windsor recently had the pleasure of hosting an enlightening presentation and information session for the Mother's Union.

On June 13th, Heritage Healthcare Windsor proudly hosted an informative session on care needs for the Mother’s Union at All Saints Hall. Our aim was to equip attendees with crucial knowledge to help them select the appropriate care for their family members. Our team shared invaluable insights into homecare, sparking meaningful conversations and providing essential information to the group.

The session delved into various essential subjects, including:

• Care Packages: A comprehensive guide to the different care options available.

• Entitlements: Details on equipment that may be provided at no cost.

• Best Practices: Tips for preventing falls and managing dementia care.
