Background:

After a successful career in the care industry I took the courageous step of owning and running my own business by purchasing my first domiciliary care company in the Cheadle area. This venture proved to be a success, and it further fuelled my passion for providing exemplary care services. It was this passion that led me to open Heritage Healthcare Cheadle & Wilmslow.Over the course of my career, I have accumulated over 9 years of experience in care industries, gaining valuable insights and honing my skills along the way. From managing operations and business development to working in finance and project management, I have developed a well-rounded skill set that allows me to effectively navigate diverse business environments.I have developed excellent management skills and a deep understanding of delivering high-quality care that prioritises the well-being and independence of service users. My career in the healthcare industry has been diverse and impactful.
