With extensive experience in residential homes and homecare since 1993, I’m deeply committed to delivering exceptional care. My adaptable style and expertise have established Heritage Healthcare as a leading homecare company.

My Background

Actively involved in the care industry, I owned and managed residential and nursing homes. Expanding to home care in 2008, I guided Heritage Healthcare to become a trusted provider of high-quality care services.

Starting in residential property sales, I joined the NHS and became a Personal Assistant to the Chairman and Chief Executive. With a deep understanding of healthcare management, I obtained a Certificate in Management. Transitioning to the commercial property sector, I oversaw refurbishments and collaborated with commercial agents.

My Qualifications

  • Certificate in Management from Teesside University
  • Extensive experience in sales, negotiation, and property management

I’m Michelle Fenwick, one of the Directors of Heritage Healthcare. With decades of experience in the care sector, I’m dedicated to maintaining high standards and supporting franchisees for the success of our business.

My Background

Starting as a Healthcare Assistant in 1994, I progressed through various roles, becoming a Registered Care Home Manager in 2002. Joining Heritage Healthcare in 2009, I held multiple positions before becoming a Director.

  • Qualified Franchise Professional (QFP), making me the first person in the care sector to achieve this prestigious qualification

Starting as a Homecare Assistant, I gained hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the industry. Transitioning to administration, I found my passion for finance. This diverse background brings a unique perspective to my role as Finance Manager at Heritage Healthcare.

Based in London, I serve as a vital link between franchisees and the Head Office, providing training, support, and guidance for efficient and growing businesses.

My Background

In 1980, I started as a Nursing Assistant, qualifying as a Psychiatric Nurse at St Johns Hospital in Aylesbury. Working in care homes and home care businesses, I gained valuable knowledge and experience.

As the Marketing Manager, I support the franchise network in all marketing aspects. This includes optimizing websites, managing social media, and planning and monitoring campaigns for maximum ROI. I assist new franchisees with their marketing requirements and provide comprehensive training. I contribute to recruitment efforts by writing job descriptions and guiding advertising options.

I’m Joel Hardy, the Marketing Assistant at Heritage Healthcare. I’m in the process of gaining valuable experience in the field of marketing, aiming to support the company’s growth while learning and honing my skills. I’m dedicated to absorbing knowledge and participating in the implementation of effect marketing strategies, all while supporting our franchise network.

My Background

Currently undergoing a Level 3 Marketing apprenticeship with Baltic Apprenticeships. This helps me to improve my understanding and knowledge of marketing whilst also being able to use the skills I learn in real time to help our Franchisees.

My Qualifications

  • 8 GCSEs at a 6 and above
  • Level 3 Extended Diploma in IT

  • Fundaments of Digital Marketing – Google Skillshop

My Motivation

I’m motivated by being able to make an impact and help a franchise grow. Being able to see my progress and growth moving forward in my role and apprenticeship also brings me great satisfaction.

As the Marketing Assistant, I provide comprehensive support to the entire marketing effort and assist the Head Office Team as needed. My responsibilities include aiding in recruitment campaigns, helping with merchandise, and contributing to print and graphic design projects.
