I’m Glenn Pickersgill, the CEO of Heritage Healthcare. Caring for the elderly is a family legacy I proudly continue. With extensive experience in residential homes and homecare since 1993, I’m deeply committed to delivering exceptional care. My adaptable style and expertise have established Heritage Healthcare as a leading homecare company.
Actively involved in the care industry, I owned and managed residential and nursing homes. Expanding to home care in 2008, I guided Heritage Healthcare to become a trusted provider of high-quality care services.

I’m Sally Pickersgill, one of the Directors of Heritage Healthcare. With diverse industry experience, I’m passionate about delivering exceptional care services. My role involves strategic business development and overseeing the Marketing Department.
Starting in residential property sales, I joined the NHS and became a Personal Assistant to the Chairman and Chief Executive. With a deep understanding of healthcare management, I obtained a Certificate in Management. Transitioning to the commercial property sector, I oversaw refurbishments and collaborated with commercial agents.

I’m Amanda Jackson, one of the Directors of Heritage Healthcare. Dedicated to continuous improvement, I ensure our services meet the highest standards. With strong leadership and communication skills, I implement operating procedures and regulatory requirements throughout the network, reinforcing our commitment to outstanding care.
With extensive experience in the care industry, I understand its complexities and challenges. Through ongoing growth and development, I bring expertise in personnel management and operations management experience to the company, driving operational excellence and industry compliance.

I’m Michelle Fenwick, one of the Directors of Heritage Healthcare. With decades of experience in the care sector, I’m dedicated to maintaining high standards and supporting franchisees for the success of our business.
Starting as a Healthcare Assistant in 1994, I progressed through various roles, becoming a Registered Care Home Manager in 2002. Joining Heritage Healthcare in 2009, I held multiple positions before becoming a Director.

Meet our Support Team
I’m Lisa Walsh, the Finance Manager at Heritage Healthcare. With extensive experience in the Care Sector, I’ve progressed from a Homecare Assistant to senior positions. Passionate about finance, I transitioned into administration and found my niche in the finance department. Equipped with advanced software skills, I offer advice and guidance when needed.
Starting as a Homecare Assistant, I gained hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the industry. Transitioning to administration, I found my passion for finance. This diverse background brings a unique perspective to my role as Finance Manager at Heritage Healthcare.

As Finance Manager, I support and train franchisees in all financial aspects. From budgeting to utilising our scheduling software, I provide guidance and address concerns. Highly organised and approachable, I prioritize workloads to meet deadlines and deliver projects on time.

Franchise Support Manager
I’m Yvette Bayley, the Franchise Support Manager for Heritage Healthcare Franchising. With 25+ years of experience in health and social care, I bring extensive knowledge to my role. Based in London, I serve as a vital link between franchisees and the Head Office, providing training, support, and guidance for efficient and growing businesses.
In 1980, I started as a Nursing Assistant, qualifying as a Psychiatric Nurse at St Johns Hospital in Aylesbury. Working in care homes and home care businesses, I gained valuable knowledge and experience.

I’m Jane Holliday, the Marketing Manager at Heritage Healthcare. With extensive marketing experience, I bring knowledge to support the company’s growth. I’m dedicated to implementing effective strategies and providing comprehensive support to our franchise network.
Working with B2B and B2C clients in various industries, particularly construction, I’ve gained experience with global companies like 3M PLC and SMEs. This diverse background has deepened my understanding of marketing principles. As a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, I stay updated on industry trends.

As the Marketing Manager, I support the franchise network in all marketing aspects. This includes optimizing websites, managing social media, and planning and monitoring campaigns for maximum ROI. I assist new franchisees with their marketing requirements and provide comprehensive training. I contribute to recruitment efforts by writing job descriptions and guiding advertising options.
