We want to thank Tshering for her exceptional response when my husband had a fall. She stayed with him until the paramedics arrived and even called later to check on him. Her kindness and professionalism were outstanding. She truly is brilliant, and you must keep hold of her!

I haven’t been feeling too well lately, but Seema has been incredibly patient and kind with me. She’s never once complained, despite the difficulties, and I just wanted to recognize her for the wonderful care she’s given. She really is a kind girl.

Olwyn has now been assessed for a care home who have told us they will accept her and things have moved very quickly and she is going this afternoon. Initially it will be on a temporary basis, treating it like a holiday. There is a chance she won’t settle but all being well she will be there permanently. If she doesn’t settle and is really unhappy we would have to reconsider, but understand is you don’t have the availability again in a couple of weeks.Sorry for the short notice, the bedtime visit will need to be cancelled today.We want to thanks you and all your staff for what you have done for Olwyn.

Heritage Healthcare continues to deliver excellent service largely due to the quality of its carers who are consistently thoughtful and respectful of my Father helping us to safeguard Dad’s quality of life, and to remain at home in familiar surroundings.He otherwise might face life in a care home where his needs would be managed alongside those of other residents. At home, and with the professionalism and commitment of our Heritage carers, he enjoys one on one care enhancing his enjoyment of life despite being bed bound. We remain very happy clients and would not hesitate in recommending the company to others.

Understand the needs of the client. Flexible and responsive to changes on a daily basis. Caring staff, who in the main, prepared to go the extra mile. Any issues with new staff are usually addressed quickly when raised with management.
