This week, we’re delighted to share a heartfelt compliment received by our team for one of our outstanding care staff, Seema.
Following an incident last week where a client, Barbara, experienced an accident and required urgent extra support, Seema stepped in without hesitation. Her calm approach, extended support, and dedication during a difficult situation didn’t go unnoticed.
The feedback we received simply described her as “a star” – and we couldn’t agree more!
“Seema was fantastic when Barbara had her accident. She stayed longer, made sure everything was sorted, and showed real care and professionalism throughout.”
To show our appreciation, Seema was personally thanked by the team, and presented with a beautiful bouquet of flowers as a small token of the clients gratitude.
