- Entitlements: Information was provided regarding available equipment that may be obtained at no cost, helping families navigate the financial aspects of care.

In addition to the informative talk, Heritage Healthcare Windsor announced an upcoming complimentary event scheduled for Sunday, 30th June: The Virtual Dementia Tour. This initiative aims to foster a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with dementia and the intricate care they require.
