One recent example that perfectly captures our commitment involves one of our cherished service users, Pip, who has an undying love for her all-time favourite singer, Gareth Gates.
A Special Surprise for Pip

Pip has been a devoted fan of Gareth’s for years. She has attended nearly all his shows in London, owns all his merchandise, and listens to his music daily. Understanding this, our senior carer, Sheilla, decided to organise something special. She went above and beyond by securing a backstage pass for Pip, allowing her to meet Gareth in person. The moment Pip learned about the meet and greet, she was overwhelmed with excitement and joy.

We understand the importance of consistency, for our service users. When Pip joined us, she selected two of our carers who have been consistently providing her support ever since. By having the same carers, Pip has built a strong bond, trust and understanding with them. This consistency not only makes her feel secure but also ensures that her unique needs and preferences are always met with the highest level of care and attention.
