Heritage Healthcare Windsor is seeking a compassionate and experienced Live-In Care Assistant to support a client in their own home. This is a full-time role on a 4 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation, working alongside another care assistant for support.
Must be Available: 7th November – 4th December 2025 and 19th December 2025 – 12th January 2026
Our Live-In Carers enable adults requiring care or support to remain independent and live in their own homes for as long as possible. If you have a caring nature and a desire to help those in your community, we require a Full-time Live in Carer for an existing client in Windsor.
As a Live-In Carer, you will live with the client in their own home, providing up to 12 hours a day personalised care and support tailored to their individual needs. You will have your own comfortable space and designated rest periods each day. This is a perfect role for someone who is empathetic, patient, and dedicated to improving the quality of life for others.
JOB ROLE:
- Assisting with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Helping with household tasks like cooking, cleaning, and laundry
- Administering medication and managing health conditions
- Supporting clients with mobility and daily exercises
- Ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment
- Liaising with othert team members and healthcare professionals as required
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in caring for elderly or disabled individuals, ideally in a live-in setting
- Relevant qualifications and training in health and social care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassion, patience, and a kind and caring nature
- The ability to work independently and take initiative when required
- Driving Licence Desirable (Essential if Visa Sponsorship Required)

This position is 4 weeks on and 2 weeks off. Applicants must be able to work 7th November – 4th December 2025 and 19th December 2025 – 12th January 2026You will have your own bedroom and access to a bathroom. Your room will be equipped with a TV and storage. You will receive two hours per day private rest time when another carer or family member will take over client responsibilities.NOTE: This position is open to Female Applicants only. Schedule 9, Part 1, Paragraph 1 or the Equality Act 2010 relating to Work Exceptions and Occupational Requirements applies to this role due to the nature of the care package.
