In a recent survey conducted by the council, our team members had the opportunity to share their thoughts and experiences working for Heritage Healthcare, allowing us to understand their perspectives on various aspects of our organisation.
The survey was designed to gather feedback on the recruitment process, the training programs, and the support provided by our management team. We are thrilled to share some of the fantastic comments we received from our passionate and committed carers.
