As a Home Care Assistant, you’ll play an essential role in providing personalised care and support that helps our clients live independently at home. From personal care and meal preparation to medication support and friendly companionship, your compassion and commitment will make a real difference every single day. By helping clients stay connected to their community and enjoy everyday life, you’ll bring comfort, confidence, and dignity to those you support.
JOB ROLE:
- Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes
- Assist with meal preparation and medication administration
- Offer social companionship and engage clients in daily activities
- Enable individuals to access their community and live independently
- Ensure clients' individual needs are met according to their personalised care plan
REQUIREMENTS:
- Caring, trustworthy, and reliable individuals who are passionate about improving the lives of others
- Flexibility to work full-time or part-time hours with flexible shift patterns, including availability for alternative weekend work
- Previous caregiving experience is an advantage, although full training will be provided

You must have a valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle for this role. We are unable to offer Visa Sponsorship to overseas applicants but are happy to consider candidates who already have sponsorship but would like additional hours (max 20)
