This exceptional rating follows a detailed and independent inspection by CIW and reflects the highest standards of care, leadership, and service delivery. It also brings the Swansea branch in line with our Cardiff team, who have also been rated Excellent in every area — making Heritage Healthcare one of the very few providers in Wales to achieve this across multiple branches.
