On Friday, November 3rd 2023, Heritage Healthcare (Trafford & Cheshire) celebrated this significant milestone with an enchanting birthday party that brought clients, their families, carers, friends and neighbours together.
Heritage Healthcare (Trafford & Cheshire) embarked on a journey three years ago to deliver outstanding home care services in Altrincham and the surrounding areas. On Friday, November 3rd 2023, they celebrated this significant milestone with an enchanting birthday party that brought clients, their families, carers, friends and neighbours together. The event, an Afternoon Tea Party, was hosted at their offices in Goose Green and featured a delightful spread of sandwiches, cakes and tea, all served in vintage china.

Co-owners Liz and Joely, the driving forces behind Heritage Healthcare (Trafford & Cheshire) led the celebrations. Despite starting their venture at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, the company has gone from strength to strength and they have managed to create a strong and lasting impact on the community.
Liz and Joely expressed their joy at being able to celebrate their third year that marked not only their achievements, but the profound connections they’ve forged with clients and their families. They believe that their success is rooted in the compassion and dedication of their exceptional carers.

The celebration was made even more special with the presence of two former carers who were the very first ones to join Heritage Healthcare; Joanne, who recently retired, and Georgia, who worked part time while studying at university. Jo hadn’t worked in home care for some time but knew instinctively what type of bespoke care Liz and Joely set out to provide. Georgia has since graduated to become a qualified child therapist, and her journey from a dedicated carer to a qualified therapist stands as a testament to the nurturing and empowering environment provided by the management.

Joely remarked, “Starting our journey at the beginning of the pandemic was a unique challenge, and this celebration feels like such a luxury, to be able to have the older generation with us all at a party to celebrate our achievements. We are incredibly proud of our carers who showed resilience and empathy throughout those trying times.”
Liz echoed these sentiments, emphasizing the importance of their clients and their families in the journey. “We celebrate our achievements, but we also celebrate the strong bonds we have formed with our clients and their families. Our success lies in the compassion and dedication of our carers, who work tirelessly to improve the lives of those in our care.”
The birthday party not only marked a significant milestone for Heritage Healthcare (Trafford & Cheshire) but also symbolized the continuation of their mission to provide exceptional care and support to those in need in Altrincham and its surrounding areas. With a strong commitment to their clients and a team of fantastic carers, the organisation looks ahead to a bright and compassionate future.
