Suzanne Amour is the Owner, Managing Director, and Registered Care Manager, bringing with her a wealth of experience fromthe NHS as an Operating Department Practitioner and HCPC-registered healthcare professional. Her background in healthcare, customer service and leadership fuels her mission to deliver a gold standard of home care that promotes independence, dignity and overall well-being.

Tanya Thompson – Director & Joint Registered Care Manager

Tanya Thompson, also an Owner, Director and Registered Manager, has over 16 years of clinical experience as a Paramedic and Advanced Practitioner. Her academic background includes a Master’s Degree in Practice Development and a Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Practice, which she uses to bridge clinical knowledge with compassionate, community-based care.

Together, Suzanne and Tanya have built a service that blends medical knowledge, professional standards, and a genuine passion for making a difference. They believe in creating a kind, respectful and supportive environment for both clients and staff — setting a new benchmark for excellence in domiciliary care.
