Hilda, who has needed support since early April 2023, has been receiving exceptional care from the team at Heritage Healthcare in Milton Keynes. Her extensive home care package of care includes two carers visiting her four times a day to provide personal assistance, help with eating, and medication management.

Heritage Healthcare, renowned for its outstanding elderly care services, has been supporting Hilda throughout her health journey, making sure she receives the utmost care and attention every step of the way. As Hilda’s birthday approached, the caring team at Heritage Healthcare decided to go the extra mile to make her special day truly memorable.

On the morning of Hilda’s birthday, the team of carers arrived with balloons, a heartfelt card, and a delectable birthday cake adorned with colorful candles. The festive atmosphere was infectious as they entered Hilda’s room, bringing smiles to her face as they sang “Happy Birthday”.

“The happiness and well-being of our clients are at the core of what we do,” said Archita Raval, the owner and Registered Care Manager at Heritage Healthcare Milton Keynes. “Hilda has become like family to all of us, and we were absolutely delighted to celebrate her 82nd birthday with her.”

Despite being bedridden, Hilda’s spirits were visibly lifted by the love and warmth showered upon her by the caring team. Each carer took turns to spend quality time with her, sharing stories, laughter, and heartfelt wishes for the years ahead.
