Welcoming New Faces to the Team: Our First Meeting Together

Last week we held our first team meeting were we welcomed Eghosa, Sai, and Sharon to our growing team.
On Wednesday, 21st August, we held our first team meeting, a significant moment for our organisation as we welcomed the first three carers to join our team: Eghosa, Sharon, and Sai. This meeting marked the beginning of an exciting new chapter, as these dedicated professionals became the first to join Directors Deepti and Umakanth, along with Registered Care Manager, Hannah.

The atmosphere during the meeting was one of enthusiasm and optimism. Each new team member was presented with a welcome pack, which included their uniform, ID card, a box of chocolates, and some other small tokens to help them feel valued and appreciated as they begin their journey with us.
