Tamu, a dedicated care assistant, has been awarded the title of Employee of the Month.

At our recent October meeting we were delighted to give Employee of the Month to care assistant Tamu. Whilst we appreciate the contribution of all our care assistants it was Tamu who stood out for us this month.
Tamu’s Outstanding Dedication
Since joining our team in April, Tamu has consistently gone above and beyond to provide the best possible care to our clients. Despite her hard work, she rarely takes time off, showing her unwavering dedication to her role.
Tamu to the rescue
One evening, an urgent call came in from a client in need of immediate assistance. Although it was her scheduled day off, Tamu rushed to the client’s aid without hesitation, braving the cold night. This selfless act had a significant impact on the client, and their heartfelt appreciation serves as a testament to Tamu’s exceptional care and compassion.
Tamu was presented with flowers, an Amazon voucher, and chocolates, as a token of our appreciation for her commitment.
