Staying Connected as a Team at Heritage Healthcare Bristol
POSTED: 17/09/2025
At Heritage Healthcare Bristol, we understand how important it is to stay connected—especially as our carers often work independently out in the community. That’s why we hold regular team meetings to catch up, share updates, refresh training, and support one another.
In our most recent meeting, we revisited the value of reflective practice and strong team communication. It was a fantastic opportunity for open discussion, sharing ideas, and strengthening the way we work together.
Celebrating Success
We always take time to celebrate the incredible efforts of our team. At this meeting, we were delighted to recognise our Employees of the Month:
Ashel and Fortunate – awarded for their outstanding contributions and dedication to the team.
We also gave special thanks to team members who went the extra mile:
Nadika was commended for her vigilance in preventing a potential medication error.
Tamu (who was unable to attend) was thanked personally the following day for her willingness to cover a care call on her day off.
These meetings not only help us stay connected and motivated, but also ensure we’re always ready to deliver the very best care to the people we support.
