Our May Team Meeting

We recently held our May Team Meeting, giving us an opportunity to come together and reflect on the last month.

At Heritage Healthcare Bristol, our monthly team meetings are an opportunity to come together, reflect on our progress, and celebrate our achievements. Our recent May Team Meeting was no exception.

Warm Welcomes

We were delighted to welcome our new starters, Nadika, Jodie, and Ashel, to the Heritage family. Jodie brings with her a great deal of experience working in different care settings throughout her career including hospitals, care homes and other domiciliary care providers. Jodie is looking forward to developing her career with us in the coming months and hopes to increase her working hours once her home life allows for more flexibility.

Nadika transitioned from a career in agriculture and research to Home Care Assistance with us. Her passion for supporting those in need and her dedication to professional and personal growth make her a great addition to our team.

Ashel has a rich background in various sectors, including health and care, manufacturing, and logistics. His diverse experiences and commitment to serving with humility make him a valuable addition to our team.

Reflecting on Improvement

A key part of our meeting was dedicated to reflecting on how we could improve our service to our clients, as well as improve our working relationships with each other. This collaborative discussion is vital to our growth and commitment to providing exceptional care.

There was plenty to celebrate at our May meeting. Virginia and Judith successfully completed their probation periods, demonstrating their dedication and competence. We also celebrated Tamu’s first-year anniversary with us. Joining in May 2023, Tamu has become a favourite among our clients and is a valued team member. Virginia was awarded Employee of the Quarter for her outstanding commitment, hard work, and loyalty. She received a certificate to mark this achievement. Additionally, we celebrated a significant birthday for Nadika, adding a personal touch to our team gathering.
