Heritage Healthcare Cheadle Team Attend Cheese & Wine Evening at Long Stone Manor

Heritage Healthcare Cheadle were recently invited to attend a cheese and wine party at Long Stone Manor Care Home in Wilmslow, part of the Care UK group.
Long Stone Manor offers a wide range of high-quality services for older people, including short-term and permanent residential care, nursing, dementia support and compassionate end-of-life care. Designed with luxury in mind, the home features its own cinema, hair salon, café and beautifully landscaped gardens, all aimed at promoting independence, choice and an excellent quality of life for residents.
The event was a wonderful opportunity for our team to meet and network with other care professionals, share ideas and strengthen links within the local care community.
