Tarek Ahmed from Heritage Healthcare Cheadle & Wilmslow proudly took part in the 2025 Bollington Walking Festival, which marked its most successful year yet in the event’s 15-year history.
The nine-day festival brought together almost 700 walkers across more than 40 events, celebrating the joy of walking, wellbeing, and community spirit. From scenic countryside routes to local guided walks, participants embraced the great outdoors — even when the weather didn’t cooperate!
Tarek joined the walk up Chrome Hill (the famous “Dragon’s Back”), enjoying the stunning views and friendly atmosphere. In addition to taking part, he also made a donation to support the festival, helping ensure the event continues to thrive for years to come.
“It was a brilliant event and a great way to connect with people in the local community while enjoying some incredible scenery,” said Tarek. “Supporting events like this is really important — they bring people together and promote both physical and mental wellbeing.”
The Heritage Healthcare Cheadle & Wilmslow team are proud to support community initiatives like the Bollington Walking Festival, which reflect the same values of care, connection, and wellbeing that underpin their work every day.
