The Great Welsh Care Awards, which form part of the Great British Care Awards, aim to honor individuals and companies that excel in the care industry. With a focus on promoting best practices in both home care and care homes sectors, these awards pay tribute to those who have demonstrated outstanding excellence in their field of work.
This is not the first time that the Great Welsh Care Awards have acknowledged the hard work and dedication of Heritage Healthcare Cardiff. Previously, Jameela and the team had proudly taken home the Care Employer award in 2019, further cementing their reputation for excellence.
Since its launch in December 2014, the Heritage Healthcare Cardiff and Swansea offices have consistently garnered recognition for their exceptional work and commitment to the community. With a focus on providing high-quality training and bespoke care services, such as companionship, personal care, respite support, and dementia care, the Care Team enables clients to live comfortably in their own homes for longer.
Under the leadership of Jameela Kotawala, the Cardiff branch has thrived, paving the way for the expansion into Swansea in 2018. This expansion has allowed even more individuals to benefit from the exceptional home care services provided by Heritage Healthcare.
Jenna Long’s achievement as the Best Care Manager further solidifies Heritage Healthcare Cardiff’s commitment to delivering unparalleled care and support to its clients. The award serves as a testament to the dedication and expertise of Jenna and the entire team, who continue to raise the bar in the care industry.
