“Congratulations to you and the Heritage Team on receiving an excellent rating in all three themed areas! This achievement highlights the exemplary leadership of your dedicated and knowledgeable management team. Their robust and effective governance consistently drives improvements, significantly enhancing the overall quality of care and experience for people.

Since the last inspection in 2023, the service has not only maintained its ‘excellence’ rating but has also pushed boundaries to deliver even higher quality care. Highly positive feedback from clients highlights the staff’s dedication to providing kind and personalised care, consistently meeting and exceeding people’s needs and expectations.”
