Her nomination reflects her ability to lead with compassion, professionalism and unwavering energy. She has made a lasting impact on the lives of others, both within the workplace and across the wider Cardiff community, by nurturing a positive team culture and ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently delivered.

This achievement is especially meaningful as Heritage Healthcare Cardiff is the longest-established branch in the Heritage Healthcare network, proudly serving the region with outstanding care. The branch, along with its sister service in Swansea, is owned and led by Jameela Kotawala, a long-standing and respected figure in the home care sector.

The Stars of Social Care Awards celebrate the unsung heroes of the care world, those who go above and beyond to ensure vulnerable individuals live safely, happily and with dignity. Finalists were carefully selected by a panel of industry experts who reviewed hundreds of nominations across the UK.

“What you do has made such an impact that someone has taken the time to tell us how wonderful you are and how much they value you,” the awards team shared with Jenna.

The awards ceremony will be held on Friday 20th June 2025 at the Marriott Regents Park Hotel in London, hosted by ITV’s Josie Gibson. The evening promises to be a true celebration of the care sector, complete with a prize draw for a luxury holiday and even a Best Dressed Award for a bit of fun on the night!
