On 11 December 2025, the team from Heritage Healthcare Basildon had the pleasure of visiting Grays Court Care Home in Grays to celebrate the festive season with residents and spread some Christmas joy.

With around 10 members of our team attending, the visit was all about bringing warmth, companionship, and festive spirit to the residents during what can be a particularly meaningful time of year.

A Festive Afternoon Together

Our team spent the afternoon singing Christmas carols, creating a cheerful and uplifting atmosphere throughout the home. Residents were invited to join in, listen along, and enjoy familiar festive songs that brought smiles, laughter, and a real sense of togetherness.

In addition to carol singing, our team handed out Christmas presents, shared conversations, and even danced with residents, turning the visit into a truly joyful celebration. The event was open to residents of the home, allowing everyone who wished to take part to enjoy the festivities in their own way.
