Recently, the team at Heritage Healthcare Windsor organised a delightful outing for their clients—a movie matinee featuring the classic film “Hello Dolly!” at The Old Court, Windsors Community Arts Centre, and Cinema. The event was a resounding success, filled with laughter, camaraderie, and meaningful conversations. Managing Director Prabjot Dhillon expressed her delight, stating, “Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it.” The day was made even more special with cake, refreshments, and the opportunity for clients to connect with one another.

Positive Feedback from Clients

The outing left a lasting impression on the clients who attended, and they were eager to share their experiences. June, one of the participants, expressed her gratitude, saying, “I am glad I got to go out with Heritage to meet all the other clients. It felt very friendly and relaxed. My carer picked me up from my home and ensured I was safe inside with the other clients. I was served refreshments, and I felt very relaxed and happy that Mandy brought me to The Old Court to see ‘Hello Dolly!'”

Sonia, another client, conveyed her appreciation through a heartfelt message: “Thank you so much for the photos, Prab. They are a great record of a super afternoon out. I thoroughly enjoyed the film and meeting some of the Heritage group. I appreciate the thought and arrangements you made for us to have an ‘outing.’ Best wishes, and keep well.”

He said, “On my arrival, the carers were very much on the ball and promptly ensured that all the clients were well looked after. I was made to feel very welcome and valued. I would love the opportunity to have another event with Heritage Windsor as I loved it so much. I would like to thank Prabjot for organising this event and my carer, Mandy, who does a brilliant job looking after me and giving my wife a break.
