Care Quality Commission

Are the independent regulator of all Health and Social Care Services in England. Their job is to ensure that the care provided in Clients own homes, meets the National Standards of Quality and Safety.

United Kingdom Home Care Association (UKHCA)

Is the National Professional Association for organisations who provide social care to people in their own homes. UKHCA helps organisations that provide social care, which may include nursing services, to people in their own homes, promoting high standards of care and providing representation with national and regional policy makers and regulators. The Association represents over two thousand members across the United Kingdom, in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Full access to legal advice is provided by UKHCA.

Advanced Health and Care

Are a leading supplier of home care software solutions including rostering, administration, monitoring and point-of-care solutions to the home care industry. Their vision is to promote the development of integrated care and excellent care enterprises through the deployment of effective and innovative IT. Their approach is to work in partnership with providers to help them solve their information and technological challenges so that they can deliver best practice care from financially viable enterprises.

Federation of Small Businesses

The Federation of Small Business (FSB) values and adequately rewards the endeavours of those who are self employed and small business owners within the UK. It promotes and protects the interests of its Members. Heritage Healthcare Windsor is pleased to become a Member of the FSB community to reassure clients and employees of its commitment to be a high quality, good value business.

Healthwatch Slough

Healthwatch Slough works to help local people get the most from their local health and social services. We enable local people to influence the design and delivery of the local services they use or may use in the future.

Heritage Healthcare Windsor and Healthwatch Slough are partnering to mutually support each other’s services, whilst working for the good of the community. Together, we aim to provide a voice for service users to help us improve standards of care.

Royal Voluntary Service

The Royal Voluntary Service aims to provide practical help to older people, enabling them to stay independent within their own homes and active within their communities. Based on their personal charity volunteering background, Heritage Healthcare Windsor Directors Adrian and Romola, are pleased to partner with the Royal Voluntary Service to further benefit the community, by undertaking mutual ‘signposting’ activity for each other’s services and clients.

East Berkshire College

East Berkshire College is a thriving Further Education college, providing over 800 part-time and full-time courses. Their Health and Social Care training facilities features the latest technology and teaching staff are skilled professionals dedicated to helping students succeed in work and life.

Heritage Healthcare has partnered with East Berkshire College to provide students with work based traineeship and apprenticeship opportunities.

Association of Healthcare Trainers (AoHT)

Heritage Healthcare Windsor staff training is delivered by an Association of Healthcare Trainers (AoHT) accredited trainer. Members of the AoHT are able to demonstrate to existing and potential customers, staff members, regulating and inspecting bodies that the way they operate and conduct themselves with regard to training within the healthcare sector is in line with a code of ethics.

Castle View Retirement Village

Directors Romola and Adrian are delighted and proud to have been chosen as the preferred provider of home support to the residents of this most prestigious and new Castle View retirement village consisting of sixty-four luxury apartments with views overlooking Windsor. Having worked closely over the past year with the CEO Robin Hughes and his Management Team to forge a mutual and trusting association, Romola and Adrian have been approved by Castle View as providing the high standards and quality of support services which may be required by their residents.
