Our History

Adrian Greensmith and Romola Ganguli opened Heritage Healthcare Windsor in September 2015. Since then, they have created a great ‘family’ of staff and clients whose lives are being improved. They are really enjoying building a business of their own that reflects their core values of integrity and service excellence.

Having had poor previous experience of engaging with home care companies, their objective was to run a company that provided high quality and exemplary home care services.

Prior to Heritage Healthcare Windsor, Adrian worked in Client Management with multinational IT organisations for over 20 years, whilst Romola developed a career in Education before moving into the private sector. She worked for major global IT companies in business development, project management and business consultant roles.
