This Carers Week, we are raising awareness of the carers in our community to Make Caring Visible and Valued.
An estimated 6.5 million people in the UK are caring for a family member or friend in need of support. At Heritage Healthcare, we understand how challenging caring can be and how important carers are to our community.
Heritage Healthcare is able to provide services such as household help, companionship, personal care, dementia care, live-in care, and end of life care. Our care team are also able to work with primary carers to provide Respite care, in order to give them a well-deserved break and help them recharge.
The Carers Week website has lots of resources available with many charities getting involved and offering help and support to local carers, including local activities and services from businesses in your area.
