Accepting support with personal care can be difficult for some clients, but with the help of our highly trained and trusted care team, we can reassure them the service is provided with the utmost respect.
Domestic and household help – for many clients, keeping up with household chores can become a struggle. Our team are on hand to keep the home clean and tidy so clients can feel comfortable and proud of their home.
Companionship – 1.4 million older people struggle with loneliness. With the support of our companionship service, our clients know they will be visited by a trusted friend who they can have a chat with. Sometimes our clients want to get out into their community and enjoy activities they have always loved such as shopping or going to the cinema. With the support of our care team, our clients can continue to be independent.
Dementia and complex needs – in many cases, our clients can be living with a lifelong or progressive health condition that prevents or delays them from completing daily tasks. In other circumstances, the needs of a client can become complex and attentive support is needed to help them be comfortable.
We train our team in various areas of care so they can deliver a high-quality and adaptable service. As a client’s care plan evolves, so does the services our carers provide so we make sure their skills are updated.
We pride ourselves on delivering person-centred and dedicated care to our clients, supporting them in any way we can so they can continue living at home for longer. Our fantastic care team have helped so many clients build their independence, and we want you to join us.
