Heritage Healthcare Wakefield and Kirklees are celebrating after receiving fantastic feedback from Kirklees Council!
The care team were asked to complete a survey and to share their thoughts on working for Heritage Healthcare. They were asked for their feedback on the recruitment process, the training provided and the support the management provides.
The survey was anonymous, allowing the team to leave honest feedback. Here are just a few of the fabulous comments we have received:
“I have worked for many Domiciliary care companies and this one outweighs the rest by a mile. I love being part of the Heritage Healthcare team and I feel fully supported in my career and achieving my goals. “I love my job as a Care Worker with Heritage. I always get support if needed. I also just love popping into the office to catch up and have a cuppa.”
“Management are very supportive. We have regular supervisions and chats that involve of reflective communication which are recorded down and maintained confidential. We have an on-call phone which is for out of office hours which is used for emergencies however, if we feel we need to talk to the person who is on-call at the time or if I’m on-call, then my manager has always got the time to talk when needed.”
