Tatiana qualified in Chinese Linguistics and worked as an interpreter, University Tutor of Chinese, editor and Managing Director of a publishing house. Tatiana also has vast experience of working in international trade. Tatiana said, “I will provide the best service to satisfy my client’s needs. All care plans will be individually tailored to each client, ensuring the best possible care is given.”

Marie O’Leary

Care Manager

Marie has worked in the Health and Social Care sector for 17 years, thriving on the variety that the sector brings and always ready for a new challenge. Her commitment to the role of Registered Care Manager is evident by her completion of an NVQ5. Marie is open and approachable, dealing with situations directly as they arise to ensure a swift and effective resolution. She is able to manage difficult situations and confrontation effectively, which is especially important when applied to the daily running of a domiciliary care agency in regards to safeguarding, supervision and managing staff effectively.

In addition, to a five day induction and training programme, we have an ongoing programme of staff training and professional development covering. We ensure that staff have the skills required to fully support individual clients and so further training is provided to adapt to changing client needs.
