Managing Director

Multi-lingual Jameela, an ambitious and dedicated business woman with excellent management skills is the owner and director of Heritage Healthcare in Swansea. Jameela shares the Heritage Healthcare ethos, which is to exceed client expectations and make a true and real difference to peoples’ lives. Jameela said: “People want to stay in their own homes, where everything is familiar and they can have family and friends popping in whenever they like. We provide the highest standards of care so that people can maintain their independence, remain living in their own homes and enjoy a good quality of life.”

Juliet McInerney

Care Manager

Our Care Manager is Juliet Mcinerney who has a Diploma in Health & Social Care (Level 5). Juliet has 23 years managerial experience gained from a career with the Passport Office fully qualified and experienced in managing our staffing needs. Juliet’s vision is to deliver modern health and social care services which enable the service user to lead fulfilled lives with a sense of well-being within supportive families. We keep people safe and protected from harm and give opportunities for them to feel empowered to exercise their voice, choice and control in all aspects of their lives. Juliet supports the team of dedicated carers to ensure that the service is compliant, delivering the high quality standards of care that Heritage healthcare Swansea is known for.
