Highly organised, efficient and reliable, Manjit consistently displays her commitment to her work and her clients by going above and beyond expectations to seek the best possible outcome for individual and their loved ones. A dependable, determined and caring individual, Arjan Singh works closely alongside Registered Care Manager Manjit within a Care Coordinator Role. Arjan has previously worked within the care sector and has further experience in business administration and customer service. Arjan utilises his skills at Heritage Healthcare Solihull to support in business development and marketing efforts. Arjan’s excellent communication skills and strong organisational ethos ensure that all Service User’s receive an exceptional service.

Due to the companies expansion, Sarg Singh has joined the family business as a Recruitment Manager. He brings a wealth of business skills, experience and knowledge which will enable him to grow our team of passionate home carers. Outstanding communication skills, well organised and professional, Sarg will manage the full recruitment process, including: attracting the right candidates, vetting, interviewing, coordinating inductions, organising ongoing training and ensuring staff retention levels are kept high.
