Glenn Pickersgill

CEO

Caring for the elderly has been in Glenn’s family for decades. His knowledge, expertise and adaptable style helps to direct Heritage Healthcare to being a leading provider of expert home care. Glenn draws on his extensive experience as CEO to focus on key strategic issues.

Sally Pickersgill

Director

Sally oversees the in-house marketing department and works to ensure that Heritage Healthcare integrate corporate social responsibility within every aspect of business operations. Sally also plays a key role in making strategic business decisions.

Amanda Jackson

Director

Dedicated to continuous improvement, Amanda led the implementation of international standards ISO and OHSAS within Heritage Healthcare. Her support of franchisees in every aspect of their business operations, notably CQC registrations and training, is vital for every franchise launch.

Michelle Fenwick QFP

Director

Heritage Healthcare Director Michelle Fenwick QFP previously managed the Darlington office before working her way up through the business to her position as Director. Michelle has an expert understanding of the care sector and is available to support Care Managers across all offices, whilst motivating and monitoring their performance.

Lisa Glass

Registered Care Manager

Lisa joined the company in May 2013 as a Senior Care Coordinator. After managing the Darlington care office, Lisa became the Registered Care Manager for Heritage Healthcare North East. As an experienced healthcare and managerial professional, Lisa has a fantastic reputation for delivering high-quality care, having led her care team to achieve ‘Good’ ratings in their CQC inspection reports. Lisa has an NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care and a Level 3 in Leadership and Management.

Kay Taylor

Assistant Care Manager

Kay has worked within the care sector for 28 years, starting as a carer which she found very fulfilling. She started in home care in 2004 and joined the Heritage Healthcare team in November 2011. Kay has progressed from carer to senior care coordinator and is now Assistant Manager. She holds a Level 2 and 3 in Health and Social care and is currently working towards her Level 3 Diploma in Leadership Management. Kay supports the care team with audits to continue providing high-quality home care and support to clients.

Andrea Brown

Senior Care Co-ordinator

Andrea has been with Heritage Healthcare for nearly 10 years, starting her career as a carer within Redcar and Cleveland. Andrea supports the management team, with daily tasks including completing rotas, audits and supervisions with the care team. She has achieved her NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care and is currently studying a Level 3 in Leadership and Management.

Sarah Holmes

Senior Care Co-ordinator

Joining Heritage Healthcare in August 2010, Sarah started as a carer who would walk to all her care calls. After passing her driving test, Sarah was soon promoted to Care Coordinator, and in 2019, progressed to Senior Care Coordinator. She holds a Level 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care and Level 3 in Leadership and Management. Sarah’s day-to-day role sees her supporting the management team, managing rotas for Darlington to ensure clients receive continuity of care, whilst also running the office’s on-call duties.

Michelle Bowers

Care Co-ordinator

Michelle started her career with Heritage Healthcare in 2015 as a carer after finding out about the company from a friend. She has since progressed to a Care Coordinator, holding a Level 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care, and supports the company by ensuring client care calls are met, cover visits, answer queries from both carers and clients, assess new potential clients, providing reviews with the care team, spot checking and monitoring.

Chris Greenwell

Care Co-ordinator

Chris joined Heritage Healthcare in 2016. Her daily role sees her answering office enquiries and supporting care plans to enable clients to live in their own home for longer, providing reviews with the care team, monitoring and spot checking. Chris has achieved numerous qualifications during her career with Heritage Healthcare, including Level 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care.
