Background:

My journey in the healthcare industry began as a Care Worker, where I gained hands-on experience in delivering compassionate care to clients. My dedication and expertise propelled me to the role of Care Coordinator, where I focused on developing and overseeing high-quality care packages for clients while ensuring the care team delivered the right level of service. This invaluable experience deepened my understanding of the industry and the importance of personalised care.I hold a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and a post-graduate diploma in Laboratory Technology, providing me with a strong scientific foundation. These qualifications allowed me to gain valuable experience working in various hospitals, medical camps, and blood donation camps in India. In my pursuit of continuous growth and knowledge, I also volunteered for the NHS as a Pathologist, further expanding my skills and expertise.St Albans is now the second location in my expanding portfolio having successfully operated my Milton Keynes office for over 5 years.
