Heritage Healthcare Hounslow is thrilled to announce the expansion of our exceptional care team. We are actively seeking an organised and compassionate Care Supervisor to help manage and support our growing team, ensuring that individuals across Hounslow receive the highest quality of care.
As a Care Supervisor, you will be integral to ensuring smooth and efficient care delivery.
JOB ROLE:
- Scheduling and Planning: Coordinate and organise care schedules, matching the right carers to clients' needs.
- Team Support: Work closely with the care team to ensure they have the resources and support needed to deliver exceptional care.
- Client Liaison: Act as a primary contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Administrative Duties: Manage care documentation, update care plans, and maintain accurate records.
- Problem-Solving: Address any issues or concerns swiftly and effectively to ensure continuous quality care.
- Flexibility: Be available for on-call duties as needed, ensuring that care runs smoothly even during weekends and evenings.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Organised, Compassionate, and Reliable: Your ability to manage details and care for others is key to success.
- Determined to provide our clients the best quality of care.
- Great communication skills to enable the building of strong relationships with clients, carers and partners.
- Experienced: At least 2 years of experience in care coordination or a similar role.
- Qualified: Hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Team-Oriented: Ready to support the care team and step in whenever necessary.
- Mobile: A valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Knowledgeable: Experienced in care planning, client liaison, and administrative duties.
- Committed: Willing to work 37.5 hours per week, including on-call, weekends, and evenings.
