About me:

I'm Beverley Ball, a dedicated professional with over 35 years of experience in the care industry. My journey started as a care worker, where I immersed myself in providing exceptional care and support to those in need. Through my commitment and passion, I quickly progressed in my career and eventually became a Care Coordinator. For five years, I gained valuable experience in the office, overseeing and coordinating care services.

Background:

During my time as a Care Coordinator, my dedication and proficiency caught the attention of industry professionals. I was presented with an opportunity to take on a managerial position in a different company, and I successfully embraced the role. Over the past 28 years, I have served as a Registered Care Manager, overseeing and managing the operations of care services. This experience has deepened my understanding of the care industry and honed my leadership skills.

My Motivation:

After fulfilling the demanding role of Registered Manager for many years, I felt a calling to transition into a different role within the care sector. With my vast knowledge and experience, I joined Heritage Healthcare Epsom as a Business Development Manager. My motivation stems from a genuine desire to ensure that individuals receive the care they need and deserve. I am driven by the belief that everyone deserves compassion, respect, and the highest standard of care.

My Focus:

In my role as a Business Development Manager, my focus is on promoting our business to the wider community to build our client base. Using my extensive network of contacts throughout the healthcare industry I can ensure that Heritage Healthcare is the go to home care provider in the Epsom and Sutton area.I also utilise my many years as a Care Manager to support the wider team in their delivery of exceptional care services. I am committed to maintaining the highest standards of care and ensuring that each individual's unique needs are met. By fostering a collaborative and supportive environment, I aim to create a positive impact in the lives of those we serve.
