JOB ROLE:
- Deliver exceptional personal care and assistance, tailored to each client's unique needs and care plan
- Foster independence and dignity while assisting with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Build meaningful connections through companionship, conversation, and emotional support
- Administer medications and maintain accurate records to ensure the highest standards of care
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering dietary requirements and preferences
- Create a clean and safe environment by assisting with light housekeeping tasks
- Accompany clients to appointments and engage in social activities to enhance their overall well-being
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in caregiving is desirable, but we welcome individuals with a genuine passion for helping others
- Compassionate and empathetic nature, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional care to our clients
- Full-time availability, including weekends and occasional evenings, to accommodate our clients' needs
