Amy is an absolute ray of sunshine and has transformed my life with her care. She’s always on time, professional, and knows what I need even before I do. I’d been wanting to return to my orchestra for months, and when Amy had evening hours free, she helped make it happen. It was a lot to throw at her—carrying things, helping me get settled—but she handled it brilliantly. Thanks to Amy, I was able to enjoy a fantastic opportunity that I wouldn’t have had without her support and encouragement.

We wanted to thank Heritage for the service that has been provided and to express that the care that my husband has received from Nicola has been outstanding.

I would like to thank you and your wonderful team for all their kind and helpful support that showed Robert over the last few months. Dad loved his daily visits and always spoke very highly of the care he was given. Not only care but the lovely chats whilst he was being prepared for the day. May I do what is required to give a big compliment to Amy. Her care, her remembering what I/we need and just her pure sunshine has meant so much to us, particularly as I'm having a tougher few months with illness and meds changes. Andy had to stay off work yesterday I'm ashamed to say as I was so poorly and unable. Knowing Amy was coming over meant so much. Because I trust her and she just brings care and loveliness with her.. It meant Andy could go back into work and Emily could go out to babysit too knowing id be safe and also happy. Last night she got loads of shopping in, watered and fed all my neglected plants and garden. She knows all the little things in the house and just shows so much care for me, my house, my family. Also thanks to all in the office as I have found sorting visits hard recently and you've all been patient and helped me find the best times etx. Bit better today... And the house is clean, shopping in... And I'm looking forward to me and Amy going out for a fun shopping trip tomorrow.

I just wanted to thank you for everything and to say how delighted I am with the care and the Carers, most of whom I know so well, and also the times they come. Perfect. I am so delighted to be home!

I absolutely loved my first day, was brilliant. All the clients are lovely, and so was the lady I worked with Karen. She was so down to earth and explained everything to me.

Life is so much improved and you've made the transition to having carers much easier, thank you. What a bunch of lovely, fab people you are. It's a hard job I realise... Just wanted to mention that you rock!

Dear Lisa,This is a letter that should have been written months ago, shortly after I found myself at the care home, but I have been very reluctant to admit to myself that I will not be going home and back to my idea of a normal, happy life. I loved my home, my garden and of course my cat and I know that my happy life for the past 15 years has only been possible because of the support I received from my carers. So this is very belated, but it is very sincere. Would you please say 'thank you' to the carers from Heritage for their invaluable help over the years. I really miss them, not only for the care I received but also as my friends. Thanks to you Lisa for your help during those years. Wishing you all the very best in the future.

The care I have received would be hard to beat. I am treated as a person and this makes a big difference. My wishes are met as much as possible, I find the staff willing and very caring
