Heritage Healthcare Coventry Rated ‘GOOD’ Across All Areas by CQC
POSTED: 03/04/2025
We are incredibly proud to announce that Heritage Healthcare Coventry has been officially rated ‘GOOD’ in all five key areas following a recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
The assessment, which took place between 26th February and 12th March 2025, looked at how well our service performs in the following areas:
- Safe
- Effective
- Caring
- Responsive
- Well-led
We’re delighted that our efforts have been recognised across the board, with the CQC confirming that significant improvements have been made since our previous inspection.
As a domiciliary care provider, Heritage Healthcare Coventry supports people living in their own homes, including older adults, younger adults, and individuals with dementia, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and sensory impairments. The service was also assessed under the CQC’s Right support, right care, right culture guidance, which ensures individuals with learning disabilities and autism are supported with dignity, equality, and respect.
The inspection found that:
People are supported safely and in their best interests
Staff feel confident that their concerns and feedback are listened to
Recruitment and staff induction processes are safe and effective
Care plans are more person-centred and reflect individuals’ needs
Leadership and management of the service has improved significantly
Ozichi Johnson, Owner and Registered Care Manager of Heritage Healthcare Coventry, said:
“I couldn’t be prouder of my team. The journey from our previous rating to this incredible result has taken dedication, resilience, and a genuine commitment to improvement.
