JOB ROLE:
- Assisting with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Supporting clients with mobility issues and helping them with transferring and positioning
- Assisting with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light household tasks
- Offering companionship, engaging in meaningful conversations, and providing emotional support
- Accompanying clients to appointments, social outings, and other activities as required
- Maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any concerns or changes in clients' conditions
REQUIREMENTS:
- Compassionate and empathetic nature, with a genuine desire to help others
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, with a high level of initiative and reliability
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and client needs
- Respect for diversity and the ability to provide care in a non-judgmental manner
- Prior experience in a similar role or relevant healthcare qualification is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided
