JOB ROLE:
- Provide Personal Care – including washing, dressing, and continence support
- Support with Daily Living – such as preparing meals, housekeeping, and shopping
- Medication Support – administering or prompting medication as per care plans
- Emotional and Social Support – companionship, conversation and wellbeing support
- Monitor and Report – changes in client health, wellbeing, or environment
- Encourage Independence – supporting clients to live well and confidently at home
- Maintain Accurate Records – documenting care provided each visit
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in care or nursing
- Recognised care qualifications
- A valid driving licence is essential
- Excellent English communication skills
- Compassionate, reliable, and respectful
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally
