Jennifer Successfully Concludes her Probationary Period, Demonstrating Excellence
POSTED: 11/10/2023
Jennifer makes her mark at Heritage Healthcare Bristol by completing her probationary period.
Strong and Compassionate Carer
Jennifer came to this country from Nigeria with a goal to provide a better life for her young family. Her strong work ethic and dedication to her role have earned her a reputation as an extremely hard worker, as well as her compassionate and caring nature, make her an ideal fit for supporting clients in their end-of-life care. A family member of one of our clients had this to say about Jennifer: “I wanted to let you know that in the very short time we’ve seen Jennifer, we’ve found her very friendly and helpful.”
Celebrating Our Differences
At Heritage Healthcare Bristol, we take pride ourselves on having a diverse and inclusive workforce, welcoming individuals from various nationalities. We not only teach our new team members about our culture but also learn and appreciate theirs. Jennifer, an accomplished cook, has added a flavourful dimension to our team. During a recent Team Meeting, she shared some delightful recipes from her home country with us. Some of our clients have even tried and enjoyed her cooking!
Honouring Jennifer’s Achievement
During a recent celebration of Jennifer’s achievements, she received flowers, a congratulations card and a voucher.
Moving Into The Future
Looking ahead, we’re excited to support Jennifer in gaining further qualifications to advance her career. It’s a pleasure to witness the positive impact she’s making on our clients and within our team, and we look forward to seeing her continued growth and success at Heritage Healthcare Bristol.
