Who is Heritage Healthcare in Harrow?

We are a privately owned Home Care Service operating in Harrow, Edgware, Northolt, Pinner, and surrounding areas providing expert care are home for a wide range of clients. Our care packages include elderly care, dementia care and a live-in care provision. We also provide domestic services and respite care.

Our Registered Care Manager is about to embark on maternity leave so we are looking for an experienced Care Manager to cover their maternity leave and continue to lead the care team forward and manage day to day care operations.

What you will do…

  • You will have responsibility for the management and ongoing development of the service
  • You will manage the home care team including appraisals, staffing levels and recruitment
  • You will be responsible for the establishment of new care packages
  • You will ensure that the service is CQC compliant and meets business levels of quality and service
  • You will collaborate closely with local authorities and brokerage companies

 

What you will have…

  • A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Experience in a care management role, preferably in a domiciliary care environment
  • Have strong leadership skills with a forward thinking and positive attitude
  • Exceptional communication skills at all levels
  • Full current driving licence with access to your own vehicle
