Recruitment and Retention Officer (Part-Time)

Heritage Healthcare Epsom is seeking a recruitment and retention officer to acquire new care staffs for our rapidly growing home care business.

 

Heritage Healthcare Epsom needs a team of trustworthy and reliable care staff who can provide quality care service to our clients. Our recruiter must have extensive experience in care sector and understand what qualities a good carer must have.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Design and implement overall recruiting and retention strategy
  • Promote company’s reputation as “Best place to work”
  • Working with Care Manager to determine staff needs
  • Sourcing and attracting candidate by using online job board and social media
  • Networking with Local communities to advertising care worker job position
  • Screening candidates resumes and job applications
  • Arrange and follow up on the interview process with candidates
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Complete all new hire paperwork with candidates and set up new staffs’ recruitment folder
