Becoming a Home Carer is a great choice for those wanting to make a difference in our community. Each day, you will be helping someone to continue living safely in the comfort of their own home, boosting their independence and allowing them to stay surrounded by treasured memories and home comforts.
Why choose Heritage Healthcare?
Earn while you learn
When you join the Heritage Healthcare team, you will take part in introduction training to build your skills in delivering care. We provide ongoing, in-house training to all of our care team. This means previous experience in care is not necessary. With a mix of in-house training courses and job shadowing, we will make sure you feel confident in your abilities before going out on your first call. Joining our team will give you an opportunity to learn and gain new skills all whilst getting paid!
On-going training means ongoing opportunities to expand your skills and experience. We love to see our carers progress through their career in the care industry. With the support of our management team and training opportunities, you can start to take on bigger challenges, creating new opportunities for progression within our team.
Fantastic rates of pay
At Heritage Healthcare we value every member of staff and their hard work delivering care and support. We ensure we provide a fantastic rate of pay, with scope to increase as you develop in your career. We also provide an attractive mileage allowance to support you between care visits.
As every client has their own unique needs and wishes, they will require care at various times and days of the week. We provide full-time and part-time hours to suit the needs of our clients and to match your lifestyle, covering visits during the day, in the evening, over weekends or during bank holidays.
Do something amazing
Becoming a home carer is rewarding; you are helping individuals in your local community to remain living at home for longer, with high-quality support to allow them to be independent and safe.
